Ned was active in the International Exchange Club and the Rifle Club. A friendly guy with a winning smile, he was also part of The Mouse that Roared production. He is missed.
I remember Ned too quite often and he was very friendly and helpful, we were also in the Mouse That Roared senior class play and the International Exchange Club! Great guy!
