Rick was a teammate on the '65-66 Rio Hondo League championship JV basketball squad. He wasn't a great player, but then none of us were. It was truly a team, and he was an integral part of it, on and off the court. He had some of the smoothest moves I ever saw around the basket, and delivered dead-pan killer lines that had a us rolling on the hardwood, just as smoothly. I miss watching you glide on by Rick.
